Once your order has been processed, you will receive a Confirmation Email or Text Message with the Delivery Service used & your Tracking Number.
Depending on the destination country, we use two different delivery services:

Delivery type & instructions: door to door delivery.
You can track your order directly from your account by clicking on the Tracking number. Usual delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

2. Postal Service:
This service is available worldwide!
Delivery type & instructions:
The delivery service is door to door, but bear in mind that you will not be called prior of delivery – so please check the status of your order or contact the local Postal Service to see when it is expected to be delivered. If the mailman doesn’t find you at home for delivery in-person, he will leave you a notification in your mailbox and you can pick up your book from the appointed Postal Service.
Usual delivery time is 7 to 10 days, depending on the local service.
Once your package has left Romania you can Track & Trace on your local Postal Service website, using the tracking number from your account or Confirmation email, or you can phone them directly.
