This exclusive masterclass has been specially created for Romania — the land forever linked to one of the world's most fascinating legends: Dracula.

For the first time, internationally acclaimed chocolate sculptor Christophe Morel brings this legendary theme into the world of chocolate artistry through a spectacular large-scale sculptural project.

Over three intensive days, each participant will work alongside Christophe Morel to create an impressive 
Chocolate Dracula sculpture measuring approximately 1 -1.2 m in height,
combining artistic storytelling, technical mastery, and sculptural expression.

Throughout the masterclass, Christophe will guide participants through every stage of the creative process, sharing the methods, tips, and tricks he has developed during more than three decades working with chocolate. From conceptual design and sculpting to detailing and finishing, this course offers a rare opportunity to learn directly from one of the world's most respected chocolate artists.

With over 33 years of experience in chocolate, Christophe Morel is a French Chef internationally recognized as one of the world's leading chocolate artisans and sculptors.

His remarkable career has earned him numerous prestigious distinctions, including Canadian World Chocolate Master and participation at the highest levels of international pastry and chocolate competitions, including the World Pastry Cup.

Today, Christophe is regularly invited to serve as a jury member for some of the most respected competitions in the industry, including World Chocolate Masters and Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.

When booking your seat, you can choose between 2 Payment Options:

FULL PAYMENT - EARLY BIRD PRICE - 898 EUR (Vat Included) - for limited time only!
or PARTIAL PAYMENT - 998 EUR (Vat Included) in 2 instalments:

- 60% is payable upon booking - 599 EUR (VAT Included)
- 40% is payable in 6 weeks prior of the event - 399 EUR (VAT Included)

If you are booking the class less than 6 weeks from the class date then the full fee is payable on registration.

MasterClass Schedule

9.00: Registration and welcome coffee
9.30 - 13.30: MasterClass
13.30 - 14.30: Lunch break
14.30 - 17.30: MasterClass

Please arrive at the appointed hour, so you have time to go through registration process and change your clothes.

Bring with you a white chef's jacket, long trousers/pants and comfortable shoes (closed).

Please be aware that in our lab the temperature is around 18-20°C and dress accordingly.

Location of class: ICEP Bucharest, Gramont Street No 38. The Pastry Lab is located on the 5th floor of our office building Gramont Center - see the location on the map below.

Important, please keep in mind:

– The payment is valid only for the date of the workshop and is non refundable.

We are sorry, but once you booked your seat, there is no possibility of refund if you cancel your attendance.
